The first step is to book a free discovery call (approximately 20 min) with me by using my booking calendar. In the session, you will have a chance to share more about the challenge you are facing, as well where you want to be heading. We will also discuss what package that would be the best suitable for you.
You will receive a confirmation email after the booking. During the day of our session you will receive another email which includes a link for our call.
Some important guidelines are:
- You are in charge for booking your sessions inside your package by using my online booking system
- Your package has a validity of 12 months.

The longer journey:
3 sessions of Rapid Transformational Therapy
Are you looking for a shorter, but yet deep and transformational inner healing experience for one particular challenge? Then this Rapid Transformational Therapy package is perfect for you!
The package consists of:
- 3 sessions in Rapid Transformational Therapy, (60-90 minutes each)
- 3 Personalized mental training audio recordings to be listened to between sessions
- Time available both during daytime, evenings and weekends
- Rescheduling of sessions directly online
- Possibility to call me in between sessions
- Takes place online (or on request in Lund, Sweden)
Cost: 3500 SEK (4000 SEK for face-to-face sessions in Lund).
How to make the most out of your journey
One question that I often receive is "How can I make the most out of my RTT and coaching package ?". The most important is that you are motivated, open for change and willing to commit to the process.
After every session you will be given small growth tasks, such as listening to a personally recorded mental training audio recording (approximately 10 minutes long). One important step to success is to do these growth tasks since they will help you to rewire your mind and make new neural patterns familiar.
Online sessions creates the same impactful result as face-to-face. Make sure to benefit the sessions the most by staying a quiet area, using earphones, using a web-cam, and have a possibility of either sitting in a comfortable chair or lying down.
