Team Coaching with Tanzania Girls Guide Association (TGGA)

​This week I conducted team coaching with the lovely team from the non-profit organisation Tanzania Girls Guides. The team had a chance to explore their vision, goals, mindset and ways to work even better as a team. 

As the team and I became more and more comfortable with each other, I could feel how both our energy and confidence expanded!
